Q: How do I log into my SimpleCirc account?
A: Go to SimpleCirc Login or click “My Account” at the top of our website. Enter the email address you used to subscribe. If it’s your first time logging in, choose “Forgot Password” to set up your login credentials.

Q: What can I do in my SimpleCirc account?
A: From your SimpleCirc dashboard, you can:

  • Update your mailing address

  • Renew your subscription

  • Switch between print and digital editions

  • View your digital issues

  • Manage your billing information

Delivery & Digital Access

Q: I moved. How do I update my mailing address?
A: Simply log into your SimpleCirc account and update your shipping address under “Account Settings.” Please make updates at least 4 weeks before your next issue ships to avoid delays.

Q: How do I read my digital issues?
A: Log into SimpleCirc, go to My Library, and click the cover of the issue you’d like to read. Digital issues are available instantly once published.

Q: My print issue hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
A: Sometimes postal delays can happen. If you haven’t received your magazine within 10 business days of the release date, please contact us at info@outdoorpursuitsmedia.com and we’ll assist you.

Q: Can I gift a subscription?
A: Yes! Simply choose the Gift Subscription option during checkout. You’ll be able to enter the recipient’s shipping information and include a personal message.
